Submitted a bill or something to congratulate Manson on his accomplishments towards decreasing overpopulation. I like to think it was done to provide an object lesson in how little the members understood or cared about what came out of their revolving door of legislation....but I don't know how it got to the floor.

Been thinking about Manson -- and Nixon -- ever since the news broke about Trump/Barr interfering with the Stone sentencing. Seem to remember that the court had fits when Nixon pronounced Manson guilty while the trial was going on.

Truth is, I'd prefer not thinking about any of them, but a measure of awareness is a necessary component of sentience.
