Roger Stone sentencing predictions.

Karma is scheduled to give him a well-earned slap at 10 am EST. So predictions as what you think will happen:

1. How much time does Roger get?

2. Does Trump issue a pardon or commutation, and if so, when?

My prediction is Judge Jackson only throws token consideration to the Barr DOJ replacement team’s memo and still goes down rather hard on Stone. Six years.

If the Madman does try pardoning or commuting, I don’t think it will be today, but rather just before Stone has to report to prison.

Mind you, that’s what I think will happen.

What should happen is that Roger Stone is immediately taken into custody and spends long years in prison, and only leaves with his body on a gurney long after people have forgotten about his wretched soul.

Now I think she will make it Nine (9) years...

Frankly, this prick should be in prison for life if it was up to me.

And sadly we all know the criminal in White House will pardon him sometime before or after the election - because Roger Stone has the goods on Trumps involvement in the 2016 election crimes with Russia.

It’s sickening

What I expect to happen: 6 or 7 years, followed by a near immediate pardon.

harsh sentence, probably a little less than recommendations, but the judge ignores Barr's bullshit, and gives him maybe six years.

no question of an immediate pardon; the recent spate of pardons were in part to desensitize the public. The whole Stone matter will be, stop me if you've heard this before, "very unfair".

10. Problem with a pardon is that Stone can't claim the 5th in future testimony

If Stone is pardoned, he can’t incriminate himself. I think this is also why Manafort has not been pardoned. Trump guns for reduced sentences but I don’t think he can afford to pardon them, because that puts him at risk. As we know ultimately it’s all about him.
