John Delaney (D) in MD 6th Cong. District

Rachel covered his almost literally from last century opponent, Roscoe Bartlett - that is the guy who brushed off as insignificant the thousands of abortions related to rape and incest - for this Congressional seat.

There was some nastiness, apparently, during the Democratic primary, and I don't know anything about Delaney, but Bartlett's performance at this recent town hall is downright disturbing.
