What would I do with 440,000

The other day (www.democraticunderground.com/1287569343), I made a comment about the depressing trumpiness in my neighborhood (which even for FL trashy is poor). Trump signs abound, and what really got me going was a new and busy trump shop/tent just down the street that seems to have a booming business.

So someone responded about how in their neighborhood, even people with 500,000 dollar homes had trump signs, and it got me daydreaming. I looked up the value of my shack, and my home and land equal about 60k (in FL) on a good day. I said if I had a 500K house, I'd sell it, buy a sturdier shack, and do something good with the money left over.

I wondered about my idea about my idea to "use the leftover money to do something useful." Maybe give it to my local library, the ACLU, Planed Parenthood.....

What would you do?
