about the pain, suffering, and death of those who become infected, or the spread of the contagion. A payroll tax cut also gives people a little more in their paychecks prior to the election, which is basically a bribe (while his idiot son/ventriloquist dummy accuses one of the Democratic candidates of trying to buy the election).

And then blame the dems as he usually does when the tax cut doesn't go through, probably because he tied some extra funding for the wall to it, or something like that
