Mitch McConnell's Do Nothing Republicans

How in the world can anybody even imagine that the Republicans are at all concerned about the well being of this country and its people? This is incredible, not just for the lack of passage, but for being able to get away with this at all. They have a real choke hold on us and they keep squeezing harder and harder while their constituents say, yes, more please! Guns, Jesus, Pro-life, Dignity of Slave Wages, etc.

I think that the supporters of these dinosaurs must be people who you tell something to and they simply believe you, like "We are not stealing your wallet and have never given a thought, but we do want you have the dignity of more, more, more!" They walk away with no wallet and wonder where it went.

It hurts to know what is there for our benefit, but the old cronies who are trying to save their party from its irrelevance and put it above the country and its people just refuse to allow it. That should stop, no? Do we just let the country shrivel up and die while they languish in their gated communities and mansions? Is the plan to suffocate the nation and cut us all off?
