I’m amazed that there is even ONE person who believes Trump is being generous in giving his salary back to the gov. after making us pay $130,000,000 for his golf trips.

How about ALL of the extra money tax payers have to pay for HIS Secret Service at Trump Tower, Mar a Lago, and your other properties? Doesn't even come close but nice try, Eric.

Vaccines cost upward of $25m, and that's only if they pass Phase I in the clinical trials.

His "generosity" here is nothing but a quick MAGAT-sound bite for the uneducated.

Get back to us when he stops charging for his golf weekends, starts paying cities for his security (instead of stiffing them), quits taking his family entourage around the globe with him when they are neither wanted or needed.

not to mention the check is VOID AND payable to the specific Health agency (as if the accept donations). They are so full of it!

they are made with ink that human eyes don't see, but photocopiers do. Something like "void" is expected - but not as light as in this graphic. That should have been the most obtrusive writing in the pic.

I once tried to get info from a photocopy of a Western Union money order (to try and discern whose account should be credited) and it was so full of extra crap that the exact amount couldn't be read. I couldn't tell if the surname in the signature started with H, M, or N. Numbers 3 and 8 are indistinguishable.

He gives it back to the government and ends up with 1000% returns. Nice little racket he’s got going.

The check is dated January 29, 2020. Most (fiscal) quarters wouldn't end in January. He knew funds should be directed to the Corona Virus? Does he realize one hospital stay for one patient exceeds his quarterly salary?

I'd prefer he take the salary than to feed that entitlement attitude of his! He is raking it in right and left....who is he trying to fool NO ONE!

Apparently, President Trump knew as early as January 29, 2020 that the Covid 19 outbreak was on its way, and as usual in a crisis, his only response was to write a check.

One cannot make a "donation" directly to a federal department or agency. All of their funding must be appropriated through Congress. In other words, the check is worthless and cannot be cashed. If/when they get checks like this, they always return them. They never cash them.

In other words, just another reality-show lie.

Chump makes sure it goes in to his coffers before "donating" it back. That way he can take the deduction and write it off his taxes.

$400K a year - just a drop in the bucket of what the Chump family costs US.
