New York City has 36 cases of Coronavirus as of 12noon today, per Mayor de Blasio.

That's an increase of 11 positive tests since 9:30am this morning.

I think it's going to be an absolute nightmare and I've simply accepted that I'm going to get it.

Part of me feels like it's early enough that her friend has a low probability of having come in direct contact with it (walking through someone's cloud of sneezed or coughed mucas), but the first thing I would do is ask her/him they've been around anyone who is sick (even just a cold) and play it waaaaaaay safe.

The truly scary (and literally unavoidable) thing is, that there is probably an extremely high chance especially if anyone takes a subway, train or bus with any frequency that we've at least been within 100ft of someone who is at the very least carrying it.

Serious business this.

That is covered by affordable, attainable, and good quality health insurance:

b. Trump is in court right now trying to invalidate the entirety of the Affordable Care Act.

9. Its the commuters that will be spreading it north....

I don't go near my neighbor he works down in Rockland at one of the orthodox schools. It will be the commuters that spread it up the Hudson, by train, bus and cars. I'm heading out to Florida for some hot 10-12 days.

Cases already showing in Putnam, Dutchess, Ulster. The Westchester conclave has trails to Orange and beyond. New Jersey is a bonus because the commuters access to and from the City.
