Trump's giving virus info to Republicans, not Dems

MSNBC is saying,
because Trump is mad at Nancy Pelosi and Adam Schiff,
his administration is giving updates on the virus
only to GOP members of Congress.

Leadership in a time of crisis?

This isn't how it works. This isn't how anything like this works. This is TOTALLY unacceptable!

He's probably pissing on their heads and telling them it's raining, like he always does.

The Dems can probably get much more accurate info elsewhere.

None so far as I am aware. I guess my party is competent at hand washing as well as government.

Who wants junk, bull updates that reflect lies designed to have an economic and political impact?

We will have to get our own information from alternative, reliable sources and I imagine Pelosi and Schiff can plan and manage better that way.

Now, not cooperating with the House and Democrats is the important issue. This should be a concerted effort not a partisan game on his part.

Many years ago in the Pogo comic strip, Pogo was talking to Albert about some dispute or other that was roiling the swamp. Pogo observed that it was going to be tough to get the lions to lay down with the lambs, that is, get the two sides of the dispute together. Albert didn't understand why the disputants couldn't make nice in hopes of coming to an agreement. Pogo observed that the lions were quite willing to lie down, but the lambs seemed skittish. Albert saw immediately where the fault was: It's those darned lambs! Why won't they lie down with the lions, those troublemakers?!

Walt Kelly played it for laughs, but we seem to have a surprisingly large segment of the population that would side with Albert these days.

way more informed about the virus than the Con could ever be. The states have the information. I don't think it's the virus he's talking to them about. More likely how to make money off of it.

Meanwhile the tRump-Republicons are cooking up a take-it-or-leave-it package to dump on the Democrats and then immediately begin shouting "The Democrats are not cooperating!"

Beware.
