After a weekend of golfing in Florida, President Trump quote-tweeted a mysterious meme Sunday evening, depicting himself playing the violin in front of an orange and red background, with the caption, MY NEXT PIECE IS CALLED NOTHING CAN STOP WHATS COMING.
Who knows what this means, but it sounds good to me! he tweeted.
The meme drew speculation that it was related to the QAnon conspiracy theorists, as The Washington Posts Timothy Bella described here.
But Walter Shaub, director of the Office of Government Ethics from 2013 to 2017, had another idea:

(16,616 posts)He was a Roman emperor. I'm just now reading a book about Rome, but I haven't gotten to Nero yet. But that quote indicates he ignored some kind of crisis. Other DUers will know more.
