I had to put that anger in its own space and find some joy for myself. Its possible to be angry and want to fight the injustices and still find the good in life and other people. Makes the day go better and gives me more strength to channel the anger.

At least I get about 1-1/2 hours of exercise every day (including walking the dog) so I guess there's that...
