that some rather stockpiled months worth of toilet paper but nothing close to that regarding the essentials like food.
But it may also be a cascading effect. When you see all buying toilet paper and shops running out of it, it's hard not to buy some yourself.
Apparently, we have found the one thing people cannot live without during the apocalypse.

and giddily told spouse we were set for a couple of months of isolation! Plus lots of kleenex and paper towels and soaps.

I hadn't inventoried before today as we had just been adding an item to the shelf every few days for several weeks.
