Looking at possible exposure, and the incubation period, President Trump should be showing signs of illness over the weekend.

that we will hear about it right around Friday. But I'm sure you're right. Hope he makes one more appearance s we can see him dripping with sweat from a fever. I want to see him gone.

There is no “should be” about it. Many people will experience no symptoms, many will have mild to severe symptoms, some will be fatalities.
