Now, I'll be re-learning to do exercises at home for a while. It's quite the shock after the energy, low pain and quick recovery I had after I started taking curcumin every day.

or later at night. My gym is open 24 hrs.
I make sure to wipe down the equipment before I use it and use hand sanitizer in between machines. Wash my hands before leaving the gym.

I've been avoiding going at "rush hour" - After work hours, when its more crowded.

I think exercise is important, especially now. Stress and anxiety can negatively affect your immune system. Exercise is one way to do something to boost your immune system.

I was really building up a routine again, but who knows how much that disenfectant works and often people don't wipe off. Plus there are a number of MAGAts at our gym who think they are too tough to get it so don't bother with precautions.

using practical safety techniques. I'm following my local state health agency directions. Every state and locality is different. I'm working from home but can't simply shut myself in seclusion right now. If I lived in NYC I would follow thier directives

wiping the machines down? GROSS. They'd have to hose it with Lysol before I would get on it. And I have ALWAYS felt that way.

I would go crazy, otherwise. It's been a lot less crowded, lately. I don't use a lot of he equipment, and use the hand sanitizer they provide. I disinfect my bike before I use it in spin class. I bring my own mat to classes that use them. I try to be extra diligent about not touching my face. The first thing I do when I get home is wash my hands. I also use the pool a couple of times a week. Ain't nothing going to survive in that thing with all the salt and chemicals they dump into it.

If I didn't go to the gym, I probably wouldn't exercise. I figure my risk of getting sick is worse by not doing anything than it is from going to the gym.

giving a rundown of companies that are profiting from COVID-19. One of the surprise winners is Pelaton - the overpriced, underused exerciser continually advertised on TV. It costs over $2,000 and, for full effect, requires a program that costs $39/mo.

The reason given for their uptick is that people are afraid of going to the gym.

being resurfaced. For now, walking is going to have to do. I thought about bike riding, then thought about needing to get a bone set in these times. I may kayak to an island and stay for a few hours a couple of days a week, once the snow birds go home.

Four of the 17 rooms in my house have been converted into a gym for my son. But he's the only one who trains here. The semi-finals of the NYS Golden Gloves, originally scheduled for tomorrow, have been postponed. All USA amateur boxing is "on hold." My son has already made it to the finals -- four years in a row now -- which probably won't take place until early summer.
