LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A man in Floyd County, Indiana, has tested positive for the novel coronavirus, according to the Floyd County Health Department.
Health officials say he had recently attended several large gatherings, including the high school basketball sectionals in Seymour, Indiana, on March 7.
According to the Floyd County Heath Department, during the past week, the patient was present at the following events and businesses:
.. IHHAS Boys Basketball Sectionals at Seymour High School on March 7
.. Northside Christian Church, March 8, 11:30 a.m. service
.. Color Guard Competition at Floyd Central High School on March 7
.. High School wrestling match at Floyd Central High School on March 1
.. Visited Caesars Casino of Southern Indiana February 25 through February 29 and March 3 through March 7, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on all dates
Officials are also not releasing the man's age, but did say he man lives in Floyd County and works in another county. He is not a student.

He is now in isolation at Baptist Floyd in New Albany, Indiana. Officials say the patient has been sick for a couple of weeks and was admitted to the hospital on March 13.
