'Whoa - defensive, a little?' Romney advisor on reports campaign thinks it's losing

Whoa - defensive, a little? RT @BuzzFeedAndrew: Romney advisor on reports campaign thinks it's losing: ...

It’s horses**t. Nobody in Boston thinks we’re going to lose. We’re in a tight race. We had a 4-5 point bounce after our convention and it evaporated when they had theirs. Now they have a 4-5 bounce . . .

that Bagdad Bob tactic right there
is a good sign that they're losing and
they're totally freaked out about it.

Not the final throes but it's off to a good start.
Bye bye Mittens.

. . . you're right, this is a pretty sure portrait of panic and denial. Good sign. It should just get uglier from here, I think the Romneyites are made of the same stuff as the folks who think we could have 'won' the Vietnam War if we just bombed their country more. . . . but, there are even diminishing returns from that type of carpet-bombing strategy.

I don't really believe the Romney campaign actually knows how their thing works . . . but, we'll see.

That's an 8-10 point LOSS, you idiots! Clinton had it right: it's just arithmetic. But they fail at that as they have everything else.

. . . but they just fail at every turn. I don't think I've seen this dense a campaign in my lifetime . . . maybe Gerald Ford's, even though he was the incumbent.

Anyone else find it odd that Mitt's pollster put out a state-of-the race memo this morning that was almost entirely devoid of polling data?

David Axelrod ?@davidaxelrod
Biggest problem # for Mitt today isn’t 5-pt deficit in polls. It's the # of details he’s sharing w/American people about his tax plan: Zero
