Facebook, YouTube warn of AI moderation errors as coronavirus empties offices

Alphabet Inc's YouTube, Facebook Inc and Twitter Inc warned on Monday that more videos and other content could be erroneously removed for policy violations, as the companies empty offices and rely on automated takedown software during the coronavirus pandemic.

What, some of the largest IT companies don't know how to have their employees work remotely? Of course their physical offices are emptied. But I don't understand how that translates to their employees not being able to do their jobs. (except the ones who are sick, but the spread isn't that much yet)

Apologies if the answer to my doubt is in the article, I didn't click the link.
