When Olfert Landt heard about the novel coronavirus, he got busy.

This is not a huge firm, he and his wife work it ...

If we had nationwide unrestricted testing we could move on with knowing who's sick and who's not instead of hunkering down with possible carriers.

Has dithered with the testing because he didn't want the numbers making him look bad before he could find a way to profit off testing and a vaccine. That's why he's been pushing the vaccine to be done faster than a year--he wants to make money off it, and if it takes a year to get it, then he's out of office and SOL.
