I'm a dinosaur. I still have a paper copy NYT subscription.

AND I mistakenly thought that newsprint was germ proof. This is not true and I'm not really sure how I got this idea in the first place. Obviously, my paper NYT has been handled by several people before being delivered to my door every day.

but that may be wrong. Just wear gloves when handling it, I guess.

There is nothing like a real newspaper in your hands, though. I get having a paper copy sub.

3. I have gloves I only wear for going out when I have to shop, get gas, touch my steering wheel,

and so on. When I come into the house, the gloves go off and are put in a special cubby near the door, along with my handbag. That way, nothing else from outside is touched by me.

Groceries are, of course, a necessity of life. I wash my hands a lot during food preparation.

I read that it can last several days on plastic. Hopefully it doesn’t last long on paper.
