Rand Paul is an idiot. He's got some cockamamie amendment about money or something...

...(he was all over the place with his justification) and so far the bi-partisan vote is 1 yes, 43 no (roll call still going on)

Even his OWN republicans are voting against it. But he's wasting about two hours for the debate and vote.
