Hawaii governor - tourists stay home for 30 days, implements closures

governor Ige wants the state's largest employment source to shut down as he tells tourists stay away, and shuts down bars and restaurants who feed the visitors who otherwise have no few food sources.

also implemented, the usual things like no meetings of 10 or more, restaurants shift to take out, bars closed.

(hawaii's second largest employer is military/government)
