Ditching Mitch and the case to #REpeach Trump for abuse of the public trust on #Coronavirus

Supporting Amy McGrath right now should be priority one for progressives. America needs her to take Mitch McConnell’s seat in November. He MUST be prevented from tainting the Senate chambers any further, either as Majority Leader or as the filibuster leader. He has proven that he’s willing to #MakeAmericaMediocre to preserve power for Trump and the Republican Party.

Not bound by ethics or integrity, McConnell is the de facto chair of the #OathBreakersCaucus, getting 52 GOP senators to ignore their Constitutional duty to be fair jurors in the impeachment removal trial. Therefore, the blame for every horrible thing Trump will have done after that point can be laid in #MoscowMitch’s lap.

#ItsAllOnYouMitch.

And if we find that the choice to NOT use World Health Organization #Coronavirus test kits was made to 1) suppress the number of actual CV infections; and 2) restrict testing opportunities to funnel profits specifically to #BigPharma GOP donors, then don’t we have more grounds for impeachment? There can be no clearer case of abusing the public trust, inflicting unnecessary suffering on what could be millions for the profit of political allies.

As I’ve said before, it’s time we treated Trump like your 4th grader’s head lice:

Lather, rinse, repeat

Impeach, Senate acquits, #REpeach

Do it enough times and the scourge will be vanquished.

Maybe in round two McConnell will finally see that his political career will not survive either way the second removal trial goes, and the only thing he’s fighting for is his personal legacy in history. Only then is he likely to make the right choice for America and orchestrate a unanimous consent removal vote. By then, after many thousands have died from CV and 98% of Americans will have been economically crippled, will the Trump base be down below 20%. That will mean game over for the #CORPservative GOP. And that will mean game on for progressives working together to again restore America’s greatness.

Here’s how to donate to the McGrath campaign: https://amymcgrath.com/

The rest of it is just noise.

"Do it enough times and the scourge will be vanquished. "

He's not going to be convicted by the Senate. Period. It would just be a waste of time that would be better spent fighting voter suppression efforts, getting people registered to vote, getting out the message, supporting down-ticket races, and ensuring that Trump and as many GOPers are dumped in November as possible.
