I can't locate a re-broadcast of Gov Newsom's speech tonight. Can anyone help out?

I was watching Rachel as usual and she showed a clip of it in progress, so we changed channels to catch what we could.

It actually is important, as beyond explaining the stay-home orders, he also talked about work with the UC labs and hospitals, and work with private manufacturers who have stepped forward.

I followed a link here that was supposed to be a transcript of the Gov's speech, but it seemed to be from Mayor Garcetti of Los Angeles. ?

Would appreciate any help my fellow DUers can give. This old lady would like to live through this next year...

Many thanks.

Thank you so much, rufus dog! Did you hear him say "nation-state" not once but twice? Hekate Mar 2020 #2

That felt -- weird, yet oddly appropriate.

Many wonkish numbers thrown at us, like we're actually adults who can grasp the information. A small bit of woo (only a bit) to encourage us, but that's okay 'cause we are Californians. And more plans and more real, honest to gods actions.

Whew! I feel better. Especially since I got my husband to watch with me, and I think he gets it now.

I still have to continue my course of physical therapy for my new knee, or all that surgery will have been wasted... Now off to see who locally can or will delivery groceries, and explore the Costco website.

Thanks again -- it's a big help.
