Even China has only tested a tiny tiny fraction. Here in Philly, they deployed PA Task Force I to setup a drive-through testing station down at the Phillies' stadium (Citzen's Bank Park) -





I expect other TF units are deploying to the larger metro areas around the country as well, to supplement the sample collection.

Now that Philly is starting to get testing locations up, after starting out far behind with testing/positives when compared to the original PA hotspot - rim county Montgomery County (also the 3rd largest county in PA in terms of population), we are now about at parity.

The Dow was down about 190 when I tuned in in the middle of the update. Right now it is down over 900 points.
