I used to live close to it. They’re not shy in their political commentary! It’s a beautiful place and a vibrant part of the neighborhood. The Grand Lake is just on the other side of a small park in front of it.

I'd visit him on the weekends and we'd go to the coffee mill for breakfast
and the Grand lake theater in the evening ... Seen so many movies
there .
