So what happens when there's a big search engine glitch? Not a rhetorical question.

I'd really like to know. Have wondered for a long time.

Today lots of Trader Joe's stores are showing up as "temporarily closed." For me this is in the right hand part of the screen where limited info like hours and address are shown. It is not true if the site is searched from traderjoes.com. So what happens with things like this? Do the higher up IT guys at big companies have phone numbers they can use to call Google and talk to a human????

The red box, click the little arrow and there's a report button in the drop down.
