Hawaii - desperate times ahead? Now the governor has killed the islands' biggest employer...

due to the high cost of living many people here are always living on the edge. now that the biggest source of jobs is drying up due to quarantine what will all these people do to keep functioning. one could cook up some scary scenarios if people choose to stop being polite and compliant and there is no relief forthcoming.

with the local food depository, United Way, Catholic Charities and Salvation Army to be sure there is enough food to feed anyone who can't afford it. They have been getting lots of monetary donations. People just need to call 311 to find out where the closest pantry is. Also, the sheriff won't be evicting anyone. No parking tickets.

There is no excuse for no plan or at least a decent communication of the plan.
