trump is pitting state against state to purchase medical equipment - Per Gov. Cuomo

Gov. Cuomo just said they are having to compete against other states to purchase masks and ventilators....and the producers are price gouging

Our governor put several bids in for equipment and was outbid by the Federal Government.

"Go get your own" turned into "you're on your own."
