my youth. I'll not be visiting my barber for at least months. And, I just may try tie-dying a tee or two.
Anyone remember how much Listermint to add to the bong water?

(65,076 posts)And didn't have one 50 years ago! Never too late, dude!
Because of respirator rules at many places I had to visit, I couldn't do the goatee I always wanted.
I announced my retirement 16 months before the fact, so 8 or 9 months before I actually bailed, no more haircuts, and about 2 months before I grew the beard.
They weren't going to fire me!
Now, I'm the hipster retiree!

(13,871 posts)I went over 6 months with no haircut when I retired two years ago. Felt good to feel my hair on my shoulders again.
When people asked why the new hair style, I told them this was my natural style; I had been wearing a disguise for 45 years so I could co-exist with Corporate America.

(13,912 posts)I get my hair cut when I want.. It's ¾ inch all over my head and I just use a razor to clean up the back of my neck.. It has more than paid for it self over the years..

(50,278 posts)I might have to go back to the 1968 waist length, straight hair look. Or maybe braids. It's either that or teach my husband to do an Anna Wintour-like bob. Suddenly we're groovy again.

(2,008 posts)Still had one around. It's been windy in these parts lately, so I wear it whenever I go outside to keep hair from blowing in my face. Otherwise I'd be reflexively touching my face to push my hair behind my ears.
