Today said FEMA started shipping vast quantities of face masks from stockpiles. Let that set in. FEMA had these masks stockpiled for the next emergency but because this was a health disaster it was the responsibility of HHS. Apparently HHS doesn't have the telephone number or email address of FEMA to ask what medical supplies and equipment they had stockpiled, how soon they could be shipped, etc. "Not my job" is a pretty pathetic response during a national emergency, especially from the FEMA Director. Heck of a job. Same goes for Pence. Why wasn't he on the phone demanding answers and getting things going. There is not a decent manager in the bunch.
