I talked to a homeless guy on my walk yesterday

Maybe in some ways he’s better off living outside. Fresh air and all. Probably better than being in a mission or some tenement. I’m certainly not trying to make light of being homeless. I’ve read of one mission where the infection has spread. And anyone without medical care is going to be screwed. But so far I haven’t read much about the impacts to the homeless. There are thousands here in my town.

my choice when I was in that situation and forever grateful to have my SUV to sleep in. That way I could avoid a lot of problems health-wise. There was no way I was going to go all the way to the city in the next county over to catch the flu, which was going around at the time, like the services were trying to coerce me into doing. I didn't get sick during that year so I suspect I made the right choice.
