I think Gov. Carney is being very generous on what he is allowing to stay open. A list of businesses that are ordered closed vs allowed to stay open: hhttps://coronavirus.delaware.gov/wp-content/uploads/sites/177/2020/03/Delaware-list-of-essential-and-nonessential-businesses-March-22-2020.pdf

I can see that list changing a bit as this crisis proceeds.

Here in Florida, we are in the high seventies to the mid eighties during the day, the Coronavirus is still spreading.
