Funny story though: watching cable news late one night I couldn't sleep, there was some crisis going on and I wondered if they were even covering it over there on fux, so I find the channel turn it on and of course they were not. I turn to my hubby and remark in disgust - our country is in peril and all they can talk about is some stupid storm in the Atlantic - and he replies "that's because you are watching the weather channel". I must have been really tired...

For example, Cuomo says NY is going to try some of the drugs and treatments that have some anecdotal evidence they might work. He is also talking about the epidemiologist who has suggested that perhaps the younger people should go back to work, etc.

When trump says that, everyone feels like it's a foolish idea.

When Cuomo says it, one feels like he has at least talked to experts, studied the matter, and made a reasonable decision with the facts available. More importantly, he'll abandon something the moment there is evidence it's not working.

I'm glad the states like NT are doing there thing.
