Cuomo is leading Trump. It looks like trump is watching and listening to him.

That's a good thing. Trump is giving Cuomo what he has been asking for. Cuomo is also telling us that up to 40% to 80% of us are going to get the virus. Trump heard that, so he probably wants to open up economy, tell people to go back to work because most people are going to get it anyway. The problem is Trump will probably want to do it too quickly. It has to be done slowly. First the healthcare industry has to catch up.

I heard that. What's unclear is (since he's talking to New Yorkers from the perspective of their governor), is he saying that projections are that high for people who live in New York, where there is already significant viral presence? Or is that projection valid nationwide?
