Moscow Mitch has said he hopes to announce an agreement on the bailout package prior to the opening of the markets tomorrow. Like the fools they are, they believe him.

any relief for large corporations and get the funds out to those that need it first. The corps can wait, they will not go out of business in the next month or two.

When something does eventually pass it'll be a tidy bounce. However, the virus will eat that bounce up and the savvy traders will bank. The 401K crowd will weep. As usual.

Algorithms have picked up on the VIX declining ten points since this time last week. And the VIX plays the Positive-Negative relative actions of the Algorithms. This will swing by noon tomorrow.
