China's number is probably higher.

They're still the lowest reported growth rate (even below South Korea), but going up nonetheless over the past few days, probably due to some relaxation of the isolation.

I think it's useful to look at what's going on in other countries, as this will tell us what works and what doesn't. From what I see, even after 2 months of severe "social distance" the virus is not beat in China.

Sadly, with a months worth of tracking data, I can't see that USA or Europe is making much headway yet. Italy shows some slight improvement, but their daily rate is still an order of magnitude higher than SK.
