Looking for a webpage that links to a lot of free good printed material.

Not project Gutenberg, it’s something else. I’m thinking it was something like iverse but that’s not exactly it.

IIRC some of Noam Chomsky’s political books were found there.

Can anyone help?

archive.org has all sorts of public domain books, documents, movies, radio, tv shows.

I suggest you go down that rabbit hole.
