We know he's dying to get back out on the course and cheat even more to boost his ego.

He will find a way to get out to Trump National. He is going absolutely nutty in the White house. He could go to Camp David for the weekend but he hates that place. If it keeps him off tv I am all for it.

Even if he's ready on time, I think he enjoys being late, showing disregard for others' time.
