We got issued shelter in place

Amarillo and surrounding counties. Wish us luck up here in the Texas panhandle. Our cases are exploding in the past day. Went from 4 to 20 in less than a week. And still people are cramming grocery stores and people are not listening.

Wish us luck up here at PepsiCo. We have rumors that someone was infected and we could have been possibly exposed.

Yep I'm freaking out considering I have a terrible immune system. And I'm more worried for my mom now.

Two years ago, I drove through the Panhandle early one morning, watched the sun come up as I left Shamrock, Texas for northeastern New Mexico. I do remember it being pretty chilly even at 9AM when I filled up just outside of Amarillo.

All the best to you, your family, and your neighbors.

Be safe and wash your hands and don’t touch your face and wash your hands again!

You’re going to be OK.

Using saline up your nose helps clean it out; you could just try and deep breath while in a hot shower. Or if you have Vicks you could put that under. Apparently it is better to have moist mucus membranes than dry ones.

Drink a lot of water.

I think that people should realize that even if you get a virus the sicker you get depends on your viral load. So drinking a lot of water and cleaning out mucus membranes helps. Also a vaporizer helps too.

I've been dealing with asthma all my life which is why I have been in isolation for almost 2 weeks now.

I am looking at our circle of 3 remaining for nearly 2 years, and just all deliveries?

None of us are low risk.
