Invitation re: a project in the Good News Group
I started this group years ago and have been absent on many levels over the last few years; thanks to those who continue to share Good News with DU, in that group or elsewhere.
I HAVE A SPECIFIC THOUGHT/REQUEST:
Will you join me in sharing stories/projects/orgs that are implementing ideas which are transformative on a large scale? Stories which hint at ways to affect SYSTEMIC CHANGE.
We always need the stories of an individual act of kindness to boost our hope in Humanity and, granted, these individual acts can indeed be transformative.
Yet I'm led to start gathering reports of things being done that can be implemented and are scaleable when the worst of this crisis is behind us.
My sense is that this is a crossroads for Humanity. How we move through this and who we are on the other side matters. There are some amazing efforts taking place to be of service in various ways. If we could gather those ideas to learn what different areas are doing for the Common Good, that would be so helpful in seeing the bigger picture and the possibilities for all of us.
