Massive government-deficits, companies are shedding money and firing employees, nobody can safely walk outside...

The perfect time for a massive national infrastructure-project!

When you are in massive, overwhelming, debt it is time to talk about buying that new boat. Donnie, lets wait this medical problem out before spending more money we don't have. It is all about timing baby.

Perhaps his "business associates" have informed him that they'd like to wet their beaks, too.

1. We have critical infrastructure needs in excess of two trillion dollars.
2. This will take months to get started, pass now to jump start recovery when this is over.
3. Interest and inflation adjusted cost will be less than borrowed today. Two trillion dollars will have an actual cost of about 1.8 trillion.
4. Just because an evil idiot is in favor of something doesn’t automatically make it wrong.
