Robert Reich: What's Missing From the Coronavirus Bill

Former Secretary of Labor Robert Reich explains what's missing from the House of Representatives' coronavirus relief package, including:
—Guaranteed paid sick leave for ALL employees
—Extended Medicaid
—Immediate payments of $1,500/adult and $500/child
—Suspension of Trump's “public charge” rule so immigrants don't fear using social programs

I wondered about the $500/child under age 16.

Is the presumption that they stop eating upon reaching age 16, or that they should go out & risk their lives wage slaving for $5/hour?

Guessing the latter. Repuke thinking.

Obviously, they have never seen an adolescent male inhale food. 😳

The Republican policy is that you are on your own upon parturition, actually. They have a special interest group for fetuses due to a fetish.

In fact, pro-life stops upon exit from the womb, as we all clearly see. We non-fetuses don't even get condolences or a nod, so what can one expect?
