Where is the extra $600.00 a week?
Is anyone anywhere able to get it yet?

(25,183 posts)for a lot of tenants to call up their landlords. Presuming the tenant has had a good payment record with the landlord, it is likely that there will be some forbearance afforded.
The alternative is for the landlord to try to evict, and that involves dealing with a lot of people to effectuate that, then have the unit sit on the market until someone is willing to get out of the place they're currently living in order to see a place and make a new rental agreement. That's not going to look too tempting to a landlord who knows that the unemployment checks will be coming, and probably thinks that a tenant's job is likely to return soon.
