Just when you think Trump can't do anything more stupid, this news pops up that he called Putin pleading for Russian aid.
No he won't use the power he has to force US companies to make our own medical supplies. Neither will Trump coordinate a federal response to manage the logistics to distribute supplies where they are needed the most. However, he has no problems begging Putin to save his ass.
Trump handed Putin a propaganda gold mine with this stupid move, making the US subservient to our long time foe. The big question remains unanswered; what did Trump have to promise Putin in exchange?
