A question about COVID19.healthdata.org
On the website, they show Massachusetts as having not implemented a stay at home order, but just today there's a story about Gov. Baker extending it. So it must have exisited. And Mass was mentioned as having a "good" Repub governor in one story. Does anyone know enough, technically, about this web site to understand why this is?
