Anyone can yell fire in a theater, it's covered under the first amendment, but that doesn't mean you still won't be charged for inciting a riot.

Shadowy producer backing the film and then there is the fact that it was translated into Arabic almost immediately. This thing has psyop written all over it, in my opinion.
