Possibly shake things up way more than even VP 🙂 Warren was my primary choice, so I’m happy to see the endorsement.

That was my selection from the first...............

However, the only thing that I worry about is losing any Senator or Senators to his administration.

If we don't overturn the Senate, the Republicons, especially Moscow China-Man Mitch will totally obstruct Biden like he did with Obama.....Very successfully I might add......

Every bit of Dem's energy should be aimed at the Republicon Senators up for re-election, not just Biden.
Otherwise, we will run around the board for four years playing "check", but never "check mate" on anything and everything.....

but I'll take her on the VP slot, just as well. She's brilliant, and she can help. She knows the economy like the back of her hand, and she'll know just where to fix things.

They know how to win elections and to govern and they don’t hold grudges over policy differences. It is possible to fight fiercely for a position without getting personal.

he wasn't everyone's favorite choice, but I also know that when elected he will get in there with the intent of actually running the government, which is something we have NOT had with Trump.

Biden will do fine, and his choice of VP will say a lot. I'm still hoping it is Stacey Abrams. Warren would be good, but I think she'd be better in a cabinet post like Commerce.

But there are many, many qualified women, and we damned site need one on our ticket.

We have an "embarrassment of riches" in this category. Several Senators, Congresswomen, Governors, state legislators and attorneys general. ALL capable, experienced, and qualified and ready to lead. VERY ready to be a heartbeat away from the presidency. VERY ready to step in and provide leadership. Heck, they're already qualified for the TOP job in their own right!

For Pete's Sake (or should that be For Petra's Sake?), women are MORE than 50% of the American population. And yet, we're the last democraphic to have gained the right to vote. Remember - when African-Americans got it, it was THE MEN among them who did. Their moms, wives, sisters, daughters, aunts, grannies, and girlfriends had to wait another 50 years.

We should be running things. Might have some better results than those with congenital tendencies toward
"Mine's Bigger" dick contests. Exhibit A: Does ANYONE believe Hillary would have so colossally fucked up the handling of the coronavirus, or ignored the problem for 70-some-odd days, or made excuses (the only "transparency" in this White House is how transparently lame-ass their many excuses are!), or made decisions that weaken the health-related infrastructure - supplies purloined and/or sent to wrong places, attempted defunding the W.H.O., trying to do away with the Affordable Care Act with ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ready with which to replace it? Heck, does ANYBODY believe ANY of the women thought to be on Biden's VP list would make any of those blunders? NOT listen to the experts and have them at the table at all times? NOT discount science - for ANY reason? Or have such a broken psyche or black heart that the interests of the greater good are forced to the back of the line so The Egotist-in-Chief can feed first?

My problem with all these potential female VPs is I can't decide who I like best! I really don't have a favorite. Each of them is a favorite!

we wouldn't have had to close down the economy. Clinton would have been fine, but too many people all over the country had a 'never Clinton' mentality. That right-wing noise machine told lie after lie after lie about her until Goebbels would have been proud. And too many believed that.

She still won the popular vote, though, and the National Popular Vote Initiative has already passed in a number of states. After November, I suspect enough states will pass it to where the electoral college becomes a thing of the past.

But you're right. Look at Angela Merkel. She is an outstanding Chancellor and has led Germany for years. I can imagine Germans generally feel pretty safe with her in office. She's sane, level-headed and really smart.

Now, I felt safe with Obama in the White House. Always did. He was an excellent president. Just that he had the temerity of be an excellent president while also being black and that exploded right-wing heads. I can remember when Barack and Michelle did the fist-bump and that Fox commentator turned to her colleague with a troubled look and said, "Was that a.........terrorist........fist bump?"

Remember that? And then when my precious baby granddaughter was born in December 2015, we were waiting in the hospital outside the maternity ward to be let in and the TV was on Fox. They were saying that Obama clearly had a 'different' agenda, a socialist one.

Just blatant racism. That's why we have Trump. He's an old white guy. I've discussed this many times with friends. Obama was really good, effective, well respected and so on. Trump is a mess. Disgusting, corrupt, treasonous and clueless about pretty much everything. Also racist and xenophobic. Huge contrast to Obama.

Do you think people GET that? Not the die-hard racist dicks, but people who thought it might be fun to put an 'outsider' in the WH just for kicks? I know several of this type of voter who have very much repented of voting in Trump.

You're right. We need a woman in there. We've got to get rid of the racism and the sexism. We have to. And we've got to get rid of this nationalism too. We need to grow up as a species and begin making plans for the welfare of all of us instead of for the profit of a few billionaire parasites.

Let us hope Biden chooses wisely.
