And with all our brain power and industrial power some US company could not have figured out how to make and distribute it in the past 3 months?

The only excuse I can figure why he still hasn't is that he's afraid massive testing will show the full extent of infection in the country.

Something about the whole world needs the reagent, so everyone wants it, and negotiations need to be at a higher level? They're not dealing with a manufacturer, they're dealing with the Chinese government.
