Mystery of the North Korean Lincoln Solved
How the Supreme Leader got his last ride in a stretch Lincoln.
by Mike Davis | Dec 30, 2011

{snip}

Ford’s Wixom Assembly Plant near Detroit didn’t build stretch limos in the 1970s. The Kim car no doubt started at Wixom and then had the custom body added at a Chicago or Cincinnati company specializing in such conversions.

I now have to wonder if Kim’s youngest son and designated heir to the NK dictatorship realizes how many mega-dollars this 30-plus-year-old classic might be worth in the hands of one of America’s car auctioneers?

One final, Detroit-chauvinistic thought: who says American cars don’t last or aren’t desired by foreign buyers?

I don’t think NK would put anything out there unless he was in real danger of dying.

...read that once he got so drunk, he ordered his top military brass to write an essay why they shouldn't be shot. The next morning, they handed it their writings....and he had no clue or memory as to why they did so.

Add to that, he wasn't first choice to rule. His half brother was....why he had him assassinated. His half brother committed the sin of wanting closer relationship with pro democracy countries and wanted the follow China's move towards a market economy. Plus end the dynasty. His final blunder...he visited Tokyo Disneyland.

SEOUL: North Korean leader Kim Jong Un is receiving treatment after undergoing a cardiovascular procedure early this month, a South Korean media report said, amid speculation over Kim's health following his absence from a key anniversary event.

North Korea marked the anniversary of the birthday of its founding father and Kim's grandfather, Kim Il Sung, as a national holiday on Apr 15, but Kim was not seen in attendance.

Daily NK, a speciality website run mostly by North Korean defectors, cited unidentified sources inside the isolated state saying Kim is recovering at a villa in the Mount Kumgang resort county of Hyangsan on the east coast after getting the procedure on Apr 12 at a hospital there.

Kim's health has deteriorated in recent months due to heavy smoking, obesity and overwork, the Daily NK report said. "My understanding is that he had been struggling (with cardiovascular problems) since last August but it worsened after repeated visits to Mount Paektu," a source was quoted as saying, referring to the country's sacred mountain.

A South Korean official on Tuesday played down a CNN report that North Korean leader Kim Jong-un was in critical condition after surgery. Citing a US official with direct knowledge, the US news channel said Kim appeared to be in “grave danger” after surgery.

An earlier report carried by a S. Korean online media outlet specializing in North Korea news said that Kim had undergone heart surgery and was in recovery.

Kim was not present at the celebration of the birthday of his grandfather Kim Il-sung on April 15, fueling speculation about his health. It was the first time he had been absent from the event since he came to power in 2012.

In response to the CNN report, a Seoul official familiar with the North Korean matter told Yonhap News Agency that nothing particular pointed to Kim’s failing health, saying he had made several public appearances until recently.

I wonder if the 'ole boy may have suffered a stroke. Information on this guy is about as secretive as Trump's weight, tax returns and true golf scores......

It would be a terrible shame if all the dictators in the world started dying off.

I won't shed a tear. I hope it's the start of a trend.

Another crisis for the buffoon to screw up.

Btw, what about that beautiful letter Kim just sent him? Oh, that’s right, the North Koreans said he didn’t.

This could be a very dangerous time.

To me, given his evil ways, it sounds like some doctor(s) did an intentional to save their country.

If so, there may be hope that the evil cloud the world is under here and there may be lifting.

according to Wikipedia 10 years ago. Combine that with COVID and his weight and he could be in very bad shape.

Maybe he got the same medical care that Otto Warmbier got?

Of course Trump thinks that his lover Kim did not know about that.
