Both Bush and Trump did not read their PDBs (9/11 and Covid-19) and it resulted in disaster.

Perhaps enticing smells like golf turf, stale donuts, or Mickey D's "secret sauce" could trick Trump into interacting with the data more in-depth.
I don't know if there's a option for making him actually care, though
